The “A” Attitude

Between every two pines, there’s a doorway to a new world stated by John Muir.

Anytime we are in nature, our senses release anxiety. Muscles once coiled up in knots relax into an ease and flow. Our mind rustled with tasks and follow-up, quiets so deeply that negative thoughts turn into hearing ourselves breathe. Your heart full of tension, rushing from one thing to the next softens the apprehension.

In such a short few minutes your whole body shifts into an entirely new state.

As you continue to walk through nature, suddenly a wave of gratitude shines from your head to your toe.

Thankful for the air to breathe.

Grateful for feet and legs to walk.

Appreciate the water tantalizing your ears as you walk past a creek.

Each color delights your eyes with gratitude to see the vibrancy that surrounds you.

As you pause and look around, you realize how you’ve taken so many things for granted when the chaos of life erupts. All of this amazingness was right before your eyes the entire time.

As a deep breath touches your toes, your entire body lights up an overwhelming sense of abundance. It's everywhere if we simply choose to observe it.

The simple observations give great insight into what is truly going on. Whether it's letting go of a situation that has run its course or simply seeing a new doorway open up, the observations shine a light on what’s next.

An appreciative and abundant attitude will literally open up doors before your eyes that you never even knew existed. Here the magic unfolds greater than you can anticipate.

In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks - John Muir.
