Reset Relations

Ever have a relationship go sideways? Something threw you off, unexpectedly, surprised you as if lightning struck during a sunny day without the hint of thunder or clouds.

Left mesmerized by the complexity. You do a double-take at the situation. What led up to this? What did I miss? What can be done differently? The questions are endless...

Mother Nature renews constantly. Each moment rapidly integrates into the next and spirals upward.

Only humans analyze things from every angle possible. Mother Nature simply knows.

Along the forest floor, debris from the prior fall and winter lay dormant until spring awakens the creatures to decompose the fallen leaves and broken tree limbs into nutrients for the soil. This nourishment integrates the past with the future growth ahead.

The relationship between the soil, the creatures, the trees, and the plants stays in equilibrium.

Yet, us humans differ.

We bring up past wrongdoings, overextend ourselves, and get taken advantage of, all of which leave us depleted and burnt out. It’s the dark space where decay proliferates. Where no sun ever comes in to dry it out.

Or, we live in the future, in a habitual low-level state of anxiety about what's next. This keeps us agitated and stressed without a true direction to ground us.

Both are out of equilibrium. Both leave us frazzled, frustrated, and downright exhausted. We want to do more, yet we keep ourselves in a pattern loop. Instead of spiraling up the way nature does, we loop sideways, repeating the same patterns with different people or in different situations. Yet, the roots of the issue remain the same.

This spring is different. You're ready to live a new way.

What relationship patterns are you ready to release?

When we incorporate the lessons learned, we stop the behavior in its tracks. This integration creates space for something new to come in. The integration becomes its own nutrients and nourishment that supports our own growth from within.

Most people want support from others, partners, family, team, community, etc.  Here's your secret trick:

The relationship reset is with yourself, not anyone else.

When you give yourself the nutrients and nourishment you require, you support yourself. And special note, this is not self-care of massage, infrared saunas, or a pedicure. That’s surface level.

This integration keeps you true to your calling, sets boundaries, and stops the overextending of yourself into areas where you have no place being. This will fine tune your decisions in a way that you never thought was possible.

Let this spring renewal cycle lead to an upward spiral of integrative growth, not decay and pattern looping.

Watch what starts to show up in your world.
