Crabs go through a wild growth process. When the sea invertebrate, crab, molts a unique process occurs. The crabs actually absorb seawater and swell up. This causes the their old outer shell to break off. 

Within you, the tension inside builds up. The passion and fire burning within ignites a spark that you’re ready to do things differently. 

Too many want the old challenge to disappear quickly. Others attempt to hold on to that old shell too long while that new under shell is quickly taking shape. 

What determines how fast this molting process occurs is something simple. Awareness. Greater awareness expands what’s possible. Great awareness allows us to see what needs to be accepted and addressed. There’s simply no more avoiding it. 

Our emotions serve as a guidepost, what’s causing anxiety and constriction? Or, what’s full of giddiness and joy waiting for unexcited fun and surprises? This joyful anticipation adds a new level of dimension to what you’ve previously experienced.
