As autumn moves to winter, imagine if the leaves turn brown yet never fall to the ground. Then next spring, little growth is available since the old leaves still occupy that area.
This is a crucial time to release and strengthen the core of who you are. This core is the trunk of the tree which goes through metaphors from late autumn to winter.
Holding on to grudges, failed relationships, mistakes, projects, circumstances or even a residence steals your valuable energy from what you want most.
Most of us sit underneath the tree wondering if the leaves will ever fall. Yet, if we walk up the side of a hill and gain a new perspective we will see something entirely different. From this higher ground, we will notice the leaves have started to fall at higher elevations. We will see tantalizing colors, yet also the bare spots where the leaves have already fallen. Perhaps you may even see snow now.
This higher ground allows a different perspective to come through. Albert Einstein said it best, “We can not solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.” Thus, viewing ourselves, our relationships, and our circumstances from a new level is vital to changing our lives.
Perhaps people do love you yet they express it differently than how you want it.
Perhaps someone may not be able to communicate in the words that resonate with you.
Perhaps a situation was meant to teach you that you are more powerful than you realize.
This week, examine what you believe to be true about yourself.
It's time to turn your grudges into gratitude. When we are grateful for what we learned, we move forward with deep wisdom that can be applied to our lives in the future and serve as role model for others.
As we utilize this wisdom sensibly, our lives unfold in beautiful and magical ways. Believe an amazing future awaits you.
