Getting Overheated

We all love beautiful sunny, blue-sky days. The ease, the breathtaking simplicity makes us come alive.

However, when it rains, we often complain that are expensive shoes are ruined in the rain, our hair looks out of sorts (maybe not for bald men), and that traffic comes to a crawl taking us too much time to get from point A to Point B.

Yet too much sun dries up all the water. Simply look at the pictures of Ethiopia where the land is literally cracked open with ruts so deep 4 wheel drive vehicles bump their way across the land.

Craving the sun too long creates moisture deficits that creep up on us slowly over time.

It's only after months of drought that the leaves of a tree start to sliver up and turn brown.

As our sun becomes the strongest later this week, what’s right in front of you that you’re denying?
As this builds up, we see this come forward into our physical reality. It also takes a toll on our bank account in the form of more things and obstacles that need to be fixed.

Working non-stop with little downtime?
Excruciating body pain?
A relationship that doesn’t fulfill you?
Spending too much $

As we recognize what in our lives and relationships requires nourishment and nurturing, we start watering. We face our feelings of what’s really bubbling to the surface. It's time to come out of emotional denial.  What signs have you been ignoring?

The good news is with fierce love, we start watering what’s important. Our heart finds the way. With faith, we see what’s spiritually possible.

Allow fierce love to come forward and harness each moment with joy, fun, and gratitude. This watering nourishes our hearts, dreams, and desires back into full blossom.
