What do you truly believe in?
As a Farmer, Dan's excitement boils upward for the next crop, mixed emotions come forward. Will he have the staff? Will there be adequate, steady rain not 12 inches at a time washing dirt and smaller crops out? Will the crop yield meet the demand? The questions rumbling through his head go on and on.
Farmer Dan’s mind chatter continues:
What crops yield high volume?
What crops did not produce at all or very little last season?
What weather conditions impacted the crops? What’s the upcoming forecast?
Ever feel that your endless questions only bring about the propensity for more worrisome questions?
The biggest aspect most farmers don’t take into consideration is their own attitude.
Do they believe the crops will meet or exceed expectations, and pay his family and staff adequately?
Worrying about another poor crop yield only projects failure in the future.
As Farmer Dan begins planting the seeds and nourishing the crops with nutrients, he realizes only one question is necessary. Do I truly believe and trust that a high-yield crop will occur?
The one and biggest factor affects everything. The attitude for the upcoming season.
Most people don’t realize they have a subtle expectation of failure before they even start.
As you approach your next big endeavor, notice your thoughts. Are you complaining about the past? Are you worrying about the thing you have no control over?
There’s only one thing you can control. Yourself! Simply be in the present moment.
As we consider what we want to harvest in our next season, our intention and attitude will take center stage.
A positive attitude yields ample abundance. When you connect to what matters, your attitude for what’s possible soars and grows beyond your wildest dreams.
