Discernment, direction and decision

When the winds howl, high-pitched moans, crackles from branches, and swoosh across the roof can leave you frantic and confused. Deciphering what the noise is let alone, the direction makes you scream blasphemous words into the already electric air.

As the storm increases in intensity, every little sound makes you more hypervigilant.

Boom! A slow crackle of wood. Then, whomp.

Rushing to see out into the night sky, the heavy rain made seeing anything pointless. Then, pop, the electricity goes out.

Checking local weather, a red-colored storm cell is heading in your direction. A tornado watch glitters in the background.

With a soft pause, you feel miraculously safe, even with whatever size tree branch fell. With another deep breath, the hair on your arms stands to abrupt attention. With the darkness, you literally see the small particles colliding in the very dry air.

As if out of nowhere, the wind whispers, we are passing to your north. The overwhelming discernment guides her to take shelter on the bottom floor in the center of her home. For the next 15 minutes, electric strikes shook the ground underneath, yet all remained to the north as the wind stated.

Calmness washed over her, knowing she was perfectly safe and protected. Midnight thunderstorms suck! Yet her discernment of the wind guided her decisions on what to do every step of the way.

Life hands storms and chaos, unexpectedly, yet when we discern subtle energies, we know the right decision to take and in what direction to take it.

The heavy thunderstorm turned into a gentle rain that made her fall asleep like a baby hearing a lullaby.
